Crêpes served at the Lexington Farmers' Market are filled with many items from other market vendors. Our menu will vary as different fruits, berries and vegetables become available at the market. Nutella, the beloved
hazelnut/chocolate spread, is of course not local, but it is a staple of any French crêperie, and we keep a goodly stock of it!
Our batter contains Weisenberger unbleached white and wholewheat (and sometimes buckwheat) flours, fresh eggs, milk, water, canola oil, pure vanilla extract, sugar and salt.
We also offer a Gluten free, rice based batter which we purchase from Alamarra.
